Video Mantis is for production sound mixers. Our goal is to create a centralized database of production gear all inside one app; to give access to all manufacturers and all equipment. with manuals, specification sheets and educational videos that are specific to our industry in a way that is easy to understand, and without all the extra fluff. We will be adding more and more content regularly.
Users can also create their own personalized inventory of everything they own, automatically. Users can pull items directly from our vault, then just add their specific details. Store serial numbers, purchase receipts, and even repair history using the L&D filing system.
To go further, users can sort their gear into lists they create, which are automatically totaled based on the gear that’s inside.
Our system is stored safely and securely in the Video Mantis Cloud, which is accessible to all users on iOS platforms to begin, for both iPhone and iPad.
Video Mantis is here! We will continue making more content in 2018. Now it’s time to collect everything we all know about these items and secure it in our Vault. It will become the biggest, most expansive library of Production Sound Content in the world, with the clearest interface and portal for learning, as well as expansive business tools that will continue to grow and help the user throughout their life in the industry.
